The Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation was established in 1965 in response to the devastating floods in the Northern California town of Klamath. Looking for a way to give back, Kiwanians from across the Cal-Nev-Ha District pooled their funds to rebuild the town. Our Foundation has grown to develop dedicated areas for distribution of support to the Kiwanis families of our District. Our programs include Pediatric Trauma – our major focus – as well as Club and Division Grants and Service Leadership Programs Scholarships & Leadership Training.
HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE FOUNDATION
The Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation has long supported the clubs in our District to enhance their impact in communities by providing generous club, multi-club and division grants. Our Foundation has championed the next generation of Kiwanis leadership through their support of our Service Leadership Programs (SLP), Key Leader Scholarships and the Kenneth C. Forror Scholarship Fund. The Foundation continues to build better futures for our children by providing Pediatric Trauma Prevention grants to our Kiwanis and SLP clubs and through innovative programs like the Partner Hospital Program.
From grants to Individual/Club Awards to becoming a "Champion of Children," there are many different ways for you to get involved.
